The International Wine Cellar 89 points: 'Bright, pale yellow. Lime, peach and melon on the nose, with a subtle undertone of dusty minerals. Firm, focused citrus flavors gain weight with air, picking up bitter pear skin and peach pit flavors with air. Combines good juicy depth with refreshing tanginess, and finishes with noteworthy lift and cut. This would be great with raw shellfish.' Jul 2008 This wine comes from Monterrei, an area in Galicia in Northwest Spain. Godello is the grape variety and is found mainly in this region.
